TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with Infinity Flowers, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- During the preservation process, we will endeavour to maintain the form, shape and colour of your flowers as much as possible but the finished flowers will take on a slightly different appearance to the way they looked on your wedding day. As the moisture is extracted from the flowers, they will lose their dewy fresh look and take on an antiqued matt/papery look. Colours can also deepen causing white flowers to turn creamy yellow, red flowers to turn claret, bubblegum pink flowers to turn magenta and blush pink flowers to turn a pale lavender. The degree to which your flowers change colour will depend on the quality of the flower used by your florist and the condition of the flowers when we receive them. We will do our utmost to preserve the flowers beautifully but if we feel they have not preserved well we will contact you immediately for a consultation.
- We advise that you keep your finished product out of direct sunlight and away from any damp, hot or humid conditions. All of these conditions can affect the longevity of our products and as such we cannot predict a lifespan. Preserved flowers are a natural, perishable product and a certain amount of mellowing over time should be expected.
- The process of preserving your flowers involves dismantling your bouquet and recreating it in whichever style you have chosen. We photograph the bouquet prior to dismantling so that we can create a true likeness of your original bouquet, however there will always be a degree of artistic interpretation. To secure your flowers into the frame, we use a range of glues, wires and floral foam - some of which may be slightly visible in the finished piece. We strive to make them as hidden as possible but sometimes in order to make your flowers as secure and long-lasting as possible it may be necessary to leave some of them slightly visible.
- Most bouquets will have to be scaled down to fit in the frame so not every flower in your bouquet will be used in your final product.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your bouquet is correctly labelled and packaged as per our instructions and sent using Special Delivery Next Day Before 1pm service, sent to the correct address. We accept no responsibility for damage incurred to flowers due to poor packaging.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery details and address have been communicated correctly.
- It is your responsibility to send the bouquet to us in a timely fashion. We will email you after your wedding to remind you to send the flowers and to check you understand how to package the bouquet. We make every effort to preserve your flowers to the highest standard possible but we do not take any responsibility for poor results due to the age of your flowers when we receive them. If you forget to send us your flowers, you will not get your deposit back.
- If you send your bouquet a day late, we cannot guarantee that your flowers will be preserved. Each bouquet is given a specific slot on a specific day and if you miss your slot then we simply won't have time to preserve your bouquet. If the delay is the fault of the post office, then your deposit will be refunded. If the delay is your fault then your deposit will not be refunded. This is because it will be too late for me to take another order to replace your delayed bouquet and I need to protect myself against loss of earnings.
- We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your flowers whilst they are in transit to us. If they arrive damaged or in poor condition, we will contact you immediately for a consultation.
- We cannot be held responsible for the loss and/or damage to your flowers whilst they are in our care due to fire, weather and/or any other event beyond out control. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you have paid to Infinity Flowers and no further compensation will be paid in these circumstances.
- Should any of the components of your order become discontinued, we will endeavour to replace it with the closest match possible. In this event, you will be consulted on any changes before we proceed with your order.
- Your flowers will be preserved on the day they are received by Infinity Flowers. It is your responsibility to instruct us correctly on which style of preservation you would like. Once these processes have begun, they are irreversible.
- A deposit of £60 is required to secure your order. Once paid, this is not refundable.
- Once your bouquet is received by Infinity Flowers, the balance of your order will become due when your frame is ready to be ordered. By sending your bouquet, you are bound to pay the rest of the balance once it is finished.
- All flowers received by Infinity Flowers will become our property and will not be returned to you until your full payment has been received.
- If the order has been placed by a third party on behalf of the original owner of the flowers, it is the responsibility of the third party to make the original owner of the flowers aware of these terms and conditions.
- Our product turnaround time is about 3-4 months. During peak wedding season, this may be slightly longer. We reserve the right to extend our turnaround time when necessary.
- When posting an order, we take every precaution to ensure that the product is protected and packaged carefully. However, we cannot be held responsible for any small loose particles or damage that may occur whilst your order is in transit. If any serious damage is evident when you receive your order, you must contact us within 3 days for a consultation.
- If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you must contact us within 5 days for a consultation.
- We reserve the right to use photos of your completed order in any of our promotional material
