What does the price include?
We know some other preservation companies have lots of hidden extras so we're sure you're getting pretty confused if you are comparing different prices. We try to be completely open and up front about costs.
For the majority of our frame choices price above includes everything involved in the process. Following a large increase in our frame cost price we have had to introduce a £15 surcharge on our premium frame options only.
The only thing is does NOT include is postage charges. This is because about half of our customers drop off and collect their bouquets in person. If you are not close enough to do this then factor in an extra £10-12 to post your bouquet to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery and another £40 for us to send the finished piece back to you using a fragile specialist national courier. (or £45 if your postcode is PH, AB, DD, PA, FK, KY, G, KA, ML, EH, TD, DG, LL, SY, SA, TQ, EX, PL, TR)
